Co, I have gained a lot of skills that have help me to improve my efficiency and productivity. During the course of my work, I have identified where I belong with regard to how I could make the organizations to be better than before. It has also allowed me to substantially managed my career. I belonged to the type of employees who accept the positive changes instituted by the organization. Working in SMEs and MNC.co have enable me to work with different people with different ideologies. As the business environment is becoming more dynamic, change management strategies are instigated by the top management. Yes, I abide by the changes in management but racial discrimination could be the big issue that could affect by efficiency. However, meeting leaders with altering leadership styles affected by career. Despite of all challenges, I learned on many concepts that could help me build and sustained by career. I learned on the extensive approaches that aid to have brilliant presentation skill. Communication was also part of my learning, I got to understand on how to convey information to my bosses as well as to my workmates. Teamwork was another lesson that I got from my experience, working for 18 years in different organization help me to understand the importance of being part of a working team. Through teamwork I learned where I belong that I should be part of the team that facilitate the essence decision-making in an organization. Meeting different people with different managerial ideologies substantiated new administrative measures.
